Do you store my photos?
We only process what you upload to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we retain it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@skn.coach from the email you used to sign up and write “Delete my account” in the subject line.
The app feels wrong for my skin — what should I do?
Tell us what you’re experiencing (dryness, stinging, breakouts) and which products you’re using. We’ll help you reset to a simpler barrier-first routine.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by your app store account. If you don’t see the right status in-app, email us and we’ll investigate.
What should I include in a support email?
Your device model, OS version, app version, screenshots, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
