We only process what you upload to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we retain it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@skn.coach from the email you used to sign up and write “Delete my account” in the subject line. We’ll delete your account and the photos you uploaded (stored in our private storage) and associated analysis results, typically within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, billing and security logs).
The app feels wrong for my skin — what should I do?
